Admission Process

The school headmistress should ensure the following and use the following checklist as a reminder.

  • Enquiry form duly filled.
  • Admission Counselling done.
  • ‘Saplings’ Brochure given.

Note: If the parents do not seek on the spot admission. Then given them the ‘Saplings’ Enquiry Kit.

It should include the following

  • About us.
  • Criteria of choosing the right school.
  • Tips on settling/small gift.

Note: When parents complete the admission formalities & pay the fees, then give them the Admission Kit.

Admission Kit given

It should include the following

  • Admission Slip
  • Student’s Diary
  • Student’s Identity Card
  • Guardian’s Identity Card

‘Article of ‘Tips on Settling’(Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Prep.Grade children only)

  • Bell Time
  • List of Holidays
  • Admission Gift(if any)

School information provided

  • Admission Slip
  • Availability of books and uniform.
  • Transport arrangements
  • Let the parents go through the instructions in the diary. Guide them through the instructions.
Declaration form

After the parents leaves the office fill up the admission particulars in the Record Register.

Filing of the following documents after the admission process is completed

  • Enquiry form duly filled.
  • Admission Form duly filled.
  • A copy of the Admission Receipt Slip.
  • Update Student’s Record Register.
